We understand that sometimes you may change your mind after purchasing a product, and for that reason
we aim to make the return or exchange process as simple and convenient as possible.
Return & Exchange Conditions
Return requests are accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase.
The product must be in its original, sealed packaging and in the same condition as received.
The product must have been stored properly according to the instructions on the packaging.
The original invoice is required to complete any return or exchange.
The product value will be refunded after review using the same original payment method.
Delivery Service
Delivery within Cairo and Alexandria takes 24–48 hours.
Delivery to other governorates takes up to 4 working days.
You will be contacted by phone before your order is dispatched to confirm delivery details.
